Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Ledbury is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Ledbury and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and all applicable UK pharmacy legislation.

We reserve the right to decline services to any individual who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescription medications dispensed by Pharmacy Weight Loss Ledbury are issued only following a clinical review of your submitted medical questionnaire by a qualified, registered pharmacist or prescriber.
A prescription will only be issued where it is clinically appropriate and safe to do so. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following any consultation. Our clinical team retains the right to decline, modify, or withdraw a prescription at any time based on clinical judgement.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared with any other person.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards through our secure payment gateway. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment will only be processed once your order has been submitted. However, your medication will only be dispensed following pharmacist approval. If your prescription is declined, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
We do not store full card details. All payment data is handled securely by our third-party payment processor in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked, discreet postal service.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail delays or adverse weather. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers once your order has been dispatched.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
You may cancel your order at any time before pharmacist approval without charge. Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medication under UK pharmacy law, and refunds will not be issued except in cases of dispensing error or damaged goods.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and resolve all such issues promptly.
The information provided through our service is intended to support, not replace, professional medical advice. Our online consultations do not constitute a full medical examination. You should always inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
If you experience an adverse reaction to any medication, stop use immediately and seek medical assistance. In an emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.
